Range: 6 Targets: 2 TA: Batman, Health: 7 “Where does he get those wonderful toys?” Batman. Here’s a guy running around in a bat costume, with no superpowers and a tool belt full of gadgets. Batman is sort of a human taken as far as he can go with out any superpowers. His only weapons are his fists and an endless supply of batarangs. Can someone please explain the batarang to us? How does this thing even work? How did it get so effective, and where did he get it, and how do we get our hands on one? Who designed them? As far as we can tell, there is no rhyme or reason to this weapon. Have you ever used a boomerang? Has it ever come back to you? Of course not. It just flies up into the air and then comes down and falls into a tree. Maybe the bat-shape helps. We don’t know for sure. Anyway Batman did kick the penguin in the face once.
